Tea Cakes!!! Mmmm.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 4 cups flour

Cream butter, add sugar, gradually add eggs, then vanilla. Mix dry ingredients slowly. Turn dough out on floured board. Pinch off smal pieces and pat.

Bake at 350 degrees for 11-12 minutes on a non-stick pan. If it's an airbake pan, then 13-14 minutes.

You can add buttercreame icing to the top of them, making them look like those yummy sugar cookies with the icing... but my mom just actually throws that together without a recipe. o_0
